do these actually fill you up? I stopped eating them- they are high is sodium and I would be straving 30 minutes later

that's really about it...otherwise I LOVE Lean Cuisine a LOT more.

I used to eat them all the time - even added more broccoli to some of them and they did nothing for me! I could use my points elsewhere on more substantial food. Too much sodium!

I avoid frozen meals. I eat frozen veggies, but that's it. Sometimes I eat these if I am desperate.

I love the Penne Pollo entree.
Also, the ice cream sandwiches are AWESOME (taste very close to the real thing) and I think they are only 3 points each!
