Who has really nice Christening outfits for boys?
It is easier to find a girl outfit than a boy outfit!

I am not sure where you are looking - but there is a place in Centereach called Little Dickens. I also used to look in the Flea Markets. I know JcPenneys has them and Sears too. I also know that BBB has them, but I don't think they have a big selection

I got mine at Charolettes Kids in Massapequea (merrick rd).
I agree - it is much easier to find a girls dress than a boys outfit. With my goddaughter, I saw so many I loved and with my son - 1 and only 1 I liked.

Depends on where you go. In Queens they are easy to find, and they have cute ones too!

I think there are more choices with girls. Well let's face it the girls clothes are cuter...
But you can find boys outfits too, they just all look the same...LOL, but you can find them. I remember shopping for my Godson's outfit and we had a lot of outfits to choose from.

What about the Coloney Shop in Patchogue? Ryan was going to wear DH"s christening outfit but I dont think that he will fit in it, so I will have to find one. I also find that there is alot more selection for girls rather than boys.

Re: Who has really nice Christening outfits for boys?
I hated the traditional Christening type outfit for boys, so I went to a little specialty Irish store in Rockville centre and I got Andrew a linen one-piece pants-suit. So adorable and not too strange and ugly, IMO! I think I'll have a much easier time with my girl, if I ever get around to turning the train of my wedding dress into her Christening gown!

Re: Who has really nice Christening outfits for boys?
With my son we got this outfit for him. It was on sale too which was great! We got him matching socks and shoes. We didn't put the hat on him though. We got it at JCPenney's. We loved it and we still have it in his closet. I didn't like a gown for a boy. It was originally $46.00 for the suit, but with the sale it was only $28.00. It's usually on sale too! Good luck!
