ew! ew! ew! you'll never guess what i found in the backyard....
this spring, we spent a lot of time cleaning up the yard and getitng rid of leaves and brush that have been there for years.....ugh!.....well, we still have this one area covered by large forsythia (sp?) bushes that we can't get in so we kinda didn't do as well of a job.....there's still twigs and stuff but it looks kind of mulch-like so we left it. So today, i take out Louie (our puppy) and dh comes too so we're looking around the yard and I notice a white thing sticking out of the ground, and ask mike if its an egg.....um, no....turns out, upon closer inspection - its an animal skull.....  so i am so gorssed out and poor dh has to dig it out.....he thinks it was a cat, but yuck.....now i never want to go outside again.....

i would totally freak!!!
my dad buried our dog in the back yard when i was little... wow... i wonder if anyone will ever find poor little Lou Lou... he had a cross over where she was buried and it was toward the back of the yard, but if someone ever decided to landscape or add a pool... oh boy!
