30 year fixed...anyone lock in lately?
Just wondering what rate you got and how long the lock is good for?

My credit union is advertising 6% with a 90day lock. The lock is good.. but i am not thrilled with the 6%. Thats with zero points.

Actually just checked and they are now at 5.875% with 0 points and a 90day lock.
