Non-dairy/vegan desserts
If you have any, could you please share? I'm having a tough time finding good cookie/cake recipes that don't require butter or milk! Recipes that use soy/rice/almond milk or vegan butter are welcome!

we go to our local health food store and they have different vegan mixes.
We use a lot a carab and maple syrup.

yes it definitely replaces the chocolate. I will look in the pantry tonight when I get home. We use a brownie mix that comes out great. DH's restaurant makes a fabulous vegan carrott cake that I am dying to get the recipe to

You might find this site helpful. I have ISB amd am lactose intolerant, and these recipes are made for people like me (dairy free, low fat, etc)
