What color bathroom rug...

People are telling me color....I am soo plain I dont know what to do....

I have a white toilet bowl and sink...the sink is set in a brown type of stand...dark brown....
The walls are beige....and the shower curtian is white. Faucet is a brushed bronze.

I wanted to do a white rug...but that would be CRAZY....to dirty!

Any ideas?

I had a similiar bathroom when I was in my apt....what I did was accent with a really nice golden yellow color...it really brightened the room up.

I have similar colors in my bathroom and i have a white rug. I don't find that it gets that dirty and when it does I just throw it in the wash with some bleach. I also have a pale teal-ish blue rug as well that complements the bathroom nicely as well.

What color are your towels?

I would go for color - but that's me. I'd go with either a blue or an orange.

Thanks Ladies...my towels are beige brown and a med brown...so boring...my DH calls my bathroom different shades of sh*t.

My bathroom is completely white with a grey and white marbleized counter top. I went with putting up a border that has grey, white and burgundy and put burgundy rugs in the bathroom and burgundy pictures. It makes the bathroom look so much home-ier.

That's the upstairs bath right? I would tan if you want it to blend or get new curtains, towels and rug but with color maybe something with olive green or rust

Definitely not white. I had white towels and a rug once, and they did get dirty quickly.

I think cranberry would be great. Green might be nice too--esp. a sage or olive green.

I think a dark green would be beautiful. Match with gold and green towels.

I would do maybe a dusty rose color.

How about a nice medium blue color for towels and rug? IT would compliment all of the brown nicely.

i like a maroon color or merlot color with the brown

i had yellow and they got filthy...i had to switch to a darker color
