Temperature taking question
This seems like a stupid question, but I have been trying to chart with my new BBT, and my temperatures seem to be very erratic. I thought I already ovulated but have not seen a real rise in temperature at all. Here is my question: if I sit up for a second when I wake up just to turn off my alarm clock, is that messing up my temperature? Its a brand new thermometer, so I dont think its the battery!
I would appreciate any advice!! Thanks!

is this your first month off of BC?? My temps were crazy the first few months, I didn't see a real pattern until at least month 3.
I don't think sitting up to shut off your alarm would have that significant of an impact.

I stopped taking the pill mid-March but I only had one period since then. So I guess I might just be irregular for a while then?
