Anyone interested in taking a Pregnancy Yoga class in Wantagh?
It's in Wantagh...
Its at Harmony Yoga and Dance
3050 Merrick Road
Wantagh, NY
516-330-8998
The class in on Mondays at 6pm.
Cost- 8 classes in 10 weeks for $128.

Oh I am so jealous. I wanted to take that class but my doctor won't let me do ANY exercises right now due to some health risks of mine. Please let us know how it is!
