I have done it before --- but I don't remember step by step how to do it. I remember it being pretty easy though to just chose only secure goals and stuff like that.

Re: Teacher Question.. Everyday Math related

Oh man, I do one every unit and now I can't remember. First, make sure it is installed into your computer (the program).

So, this is what I do.

Click start on my computer to get the program, go to assessment assistant, highlight to get worksheet builder (the first choice). A picture of the cd cover comes up.

Next, a small screen comes up and I pick what unit I am creating the test for, like unit 1. So, I click on the black arrow to get more options. Then I click on the arrow for assessment and then the other arrow (they are like sub categories) for written assessment. You'll get random question. Click on the first one.

Another small screen will pop up. You can change the numbers used for the math problem by clicking on change values. If you want that question, click add.

To make a long story short, here are some things I do. Keep in mind that you might want to just play around with it to see all of your options.

These arrows << and >> move you to another question. So you can add a question, then change the values to add the same question again and then use those arrows to move on.

All of your questions that you choose to add will be on half of the smaller screen called WS1. You can move questions around by highlight them and moving your mouse up or down. So you can make question 17 into question 2 by moving it to the second spot.

You can add a spot for Name, date, parent signature, etc by clicking on "worksheet' and header/footer. You can print the answers on a second sheet. You really however can't change the margins or or the font size. I at least haven't found how to do that.

Just play around with it. What makes it annoying is that sometimes the quesitons are so big that a 10 question test may be 3 pages long Chat Icon which is ridiculous. Any questions, feel free to ask. Hope I didn't confuse you! Chat Icon
