Are these "growing" pains?

I have a stabbing pain in my right abdomen - almost like I ran a marathon and now I have one of those stitches in my side - KWIM? Are those growing pains? I took extra strength Tylenol yesterday and I'm freaking out that its from that. I also haven't been feeling much movement. Chat Icon Are these growing pains or can anyone relate to what they are?

I've had that. I believe its round ligament pain. Does it feel better when you sit down?

Actually yeah its not that bad now that I've been sitting here. Walking and when I'm laying down or even touch the spot hurts.

I have a question about this - I just felt where its been hurting the last two days and its as hard as a rock. Chat Icon Should I call the doctor? Everything else is soft around it. Am I possibly feeling one of the babies? Anyone ever experience this?
