$1200, which was high. But they were very good- we had a smooth closing.

We are paying about $1,000.
I've seen it range from $800 - $1300

ours charged us 925. The seller's attorney charged them 1,000.
We had 5 title issues and 2 minor home inspection issues. Our attornet resolved all of our title issues, but I was the one to get us the money for the minor home inspection issues.
