Low Point Weight Watcher Food from Trader Joes
I am going to Trader Joes after work, and it is my first day back on WW. I wanted to know what what low point foods trader joes sold.
So far I know I am buying some frozen fish, Trader Joe's Mini Muffins ,Trader Joe's Brand cinnamon raisin mini bagel, and Trader Joes light cream cheese.
Any other suggestions would be really appreciated. thanks, Scott

Scott, I can't believe I forgot these - Puffins cereal! They are one of my favorite things at TJs. 3/4 of a cup = 1 pt. I eat them as cereal and also as a snack at work during the day. They have lots of fiber too, but are not considered "Core" cereal.

Re: Low Point Weight Watcher Food from Trader Joes
Their Hummuses are good. I like to use the whole wheat wraps which are 2 points for making sandwiches. I love their FF yogurt. The soups they sell in the cardboard cartons are very good too. I like to use their canned chicken breast to make chicken salad from time to time. The parmesan ranch salad dressing in the salad area is i pt per serving and quite tasty. Although these are a splurge on points in my book, they have vanilla almond and trail mix granola bars that are 3 points each, but to me are worth it. I also found rice crispy treats at the one in Merrick and they are delicious- 3 points for one serving. The spinach and artichoke dip in the frozen section is 1 point per 2 tbsps and delicious. If I think of any of my other faves, I will post them! Good luck- I hope you are doing better than I am at your attempt to get back on WW!

Re: Low Point Weight Watcher Food from Trader Joes
So far I am doing well. I went back to Trader Joes yesterday and I picked up some of their Garlic Salsa, A box of no pudge brownies, and a box of Puffins.
How is their chicken in a container? I thought that is a little wierd. Is it white meat? They had BarBeque Chicken.
Has anyone eaten their frozen fish? I was going to buy it, but I didnt know how it was. Which fish do you all recommend? Thanks, Scott
