Re: Best baby carrier?
I have the Snugli - It's a side carrier - I like it because it can hold up to 40lbs and was 40 bucks.

Re: Best baby carrier?
Maya Wrap or Ella Roo Wrap and sling. I like them better than front carriers like a Baby Bjorn because it doesnt put the stress on your neck.

Re: Best baby carrier?
I have a baby bjorn and a sling too
I get alot more use out of my baby bjorn, take it everywhere, shopping, on the plane, around the house. it really is something I could not live without. I use the sling too, but not as much. I used the sling alot more to comfort my son, and would nurse him in it too.

Re: Best baby carrier?
I have the Baby Bjorn and I take it with where every I go as a back up incase DS starts to cry beause he isn't to fond of shopping in the stroller. It is really easy to put on and he seems comfortable in it but it does put a lot of strain on your neck and upper back. DS is only 13lbs now and I still feel the strain.

Re: Best baby carrier?
I couldnt decide and I bought a bunch of carriers and tried them and returned all but the baby bjorn..I never tried the sling and I never tried the side carrier I think it was from playtex and I am still curious whether that would work better now that dd is bigger.

Re: Best baby carrier?
I had the Snugli and it was OKAY. Once Christopher got heavier, it didn't offer much back support. For baby #2, I bought the Bjorn and I can't wait to use it!

I hda the Snugli and it was great when she was tiny, but now the leg holes are too small for her thunder thighs
