For people with live-in Nannies
Question for a friend -
What do you do regarding sick days for them?
Are they alloted an amount? Docked?

My friends Nanny has 5 sick/personal days & 8 vacation days.
She also has 1 weekend night like Saturday or Friday depending, and sometimes Sundays and 1 day during the week off.
She also gets the bulk of her night off when my friend comes home.

I grew up with live in nannies and my mother gave them off weekends so they usually left and stayed at a friends house they were never in our home. Durning the week after we all had dinner including them, they ate with us she would clean up and that ended her day.
