Ok... Disney food question

Well, it was hard to decide on places to eat. Considering money, we only booked a couple of places, and we'll just wing the rest of the meals.

We booked Ohana's for dinner the night we get there. The earliest was a 8:45pm reservation. We went there last time we went, but Caiden was sleeping so we thought we'd have him take a late nap so he can enjoy the kids activities when we're there. Then on Saturday morning we made reservations for breakfast at The Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and friends, and my sister is treating us to breakfast at Cape May's Cafe on Sunday morning with Minnie, Goofy and Chip and Dale. We've been trying to get a reservation for Chef Mickey's breakfast, but they've been booked solid for weeks now! Chat Icon Oh well, next time! Chat Icon

I'm sorry for rambling, but here's my question... my son and I seem to really enjoy eating outside. Can anyone recommend a place that we could do that in the evening hours when it's not sooo hot? Nothing fancy, just a nice meal. Thanks!

they have the one restaurant that looks like a '50s house. It was really cool and the food was good. they had tables outside. Sorry, I forgot the name.

You mean the Prime Time 50's Cafe.

It has regular standard American food.

There are also the fantasic dinner packages that have outdoor fdining I think at one of them, and MANY Epcot restaraunts have outdoor dining.

Have you ever been to the restaurant at Mexico? It's not outdoors, but it's inside the temple and it's all open air, like not separated form the temple at all, so it's sort of like being outside within the temple...

Across from the temple in Mexico is an outdoor cantena type place. It is counter service, but they offer some nice variety of Mexican food (tacos, taco salad, burritos, etc). We had lunch here our last visit and it was good - you sit outside.

Also in Italy (again in Epcot) the resteraunt has an outdoor area. The food is very good and I believe the outdoor section is first come first serve.

We loved Ohana's and was able to see the fireworks at the MK over the lake. Enjoy!
