BFing Moms....What Gives????
OK....I've been BFing for 6 months and after getting over the 4 weeks of PP bleeding I have gotten AF 4x. This last time was exactly 28 days from the last one. And these AFs are like when I was 12 years old. HORRIBLE!!!!! I figured I would be one of the unlucky ones to get AF while BFing but certainly didn't think they would be regular or so aweful.
Not that I wish this on anyone else but...Am I alone???? 
Oh and does it effect your supply? I felt very empty for a day or 2 leading up to AF and Sidney was going crazy!

Some BFing moms get their AF back pretty quickly, others don't for a year. Part of this could be more post partum then BFing.
