If one is going to work in an office...
...as an administrative assistant, they should know how to copy and paste something from a website. They should know how to use PowerPoint. Heck, they should even know how to use Microsoft Word.

No. That's the thing. It seems as if nobody knows anything! The older people don't know because they "didn't learn like that." And, the people they JUST hired seem to have NO skills what so ever!
It is so frustrating. Because I always have to stop what I am doing to help them. Not that I mind helping, but I really don't like when it is something that should be known like how to copy and paste a logo from a website.
