FINALLY! Our painting progress w/ PICS!
YYYAAAAAYYYY!!!!  I am SO HAPPY I can finally share these pics with you all! We finished up the living room, hallway and bathroom last weekend and I could not be happier with the way it all turned out. What an AMAZING difference a few coats of paint made!!! Everything is so much warmer now, it's so cozy! Here are the before and after pics for the Living room, and hallway - and the new color in the bathroom (no before pic, but it was the same color as the other two rooms!) Let me know what you all think!  We still have some minor touching up to do in a few spots, but Craig and I are very happy with the final result - and I can't believe we did this all on our own! Here are the colors we used for each room - all Benjamin Moore, I HIGHLY recommend this paint to everyone now!!
Living Room:
ceiling - Opaline
trim - Navajo White
walls - Pottery Red
Hallway:
ceiling - Opaline
trim - Navajo White
walls - Cappuccino
Bathroom:
ceiling - Opaline
trim - Navajo White (not pictured yet - didn't finish)
walls - Appalachian Spring
Living room and hallway before paint:

thanks! I just couldn't believe how LONG it took to paint only three rooms though! Oh well, two more and then we're DONE!

Thanks Juliet! That plaque was a gift from one of our friends who owns a craft store. We got it at my bridal shower and it's my favorite decoration now :)

Great Job, I used Navajo White for my kitchen. DH painted our whole house, it took forever because he's a perfectionist. It's amazing how much you can change a room by painting. Good luck with the rest.

Thanks so much! Yeah, I didn't want to go overboard on the red, and I really like the contrast since the mantle/fireplace is almost the same red shade as the walls now :) We're actually not finished with the fireplace though, we'll be painting that the same shade as the ceiling - Opaline. It's a creamier white, so I think it will look nice

MrsB, all the paint was Benjamin Moore - the colors came out EXACTLY like the color chip sample from the store too! I love it and tell everyone to use Benjamin Moore paint now!

thanks again everyone! It's so nice to hear all this wonderful feedback after the hours and hours of work we put into it!
I want to start working on the bedroom and kitchen during the long 4th of July weekend - so hopefully more pics will be on the way soon!!
