Well, NY is in the top 10, yes...BUT, Athens, GA and Asheville, NC rank higher. So yes, you can have the changing seasons in the South too...and it's more beautiful to some than in NY!

We are heading back to Asheville in 2 weeks to pick up my sister from school for a long weekend. I LOVE Asheville. I don't even know how to describe it...I feel like i am in the east village with all the artists. The food is out of this world.

my aunt and uncle live near Asheville... according to them, the foliage is a sight to be seen!

Well, Asheville happens to be one of the most beautiful in the country, higher than NY. Imagine what the trees in the Cary, Raleigh, Charlotte area must look like?
I know where I'm at they started turning a while ago and it's gorgeous!

I know where I'm at they started turning a while ago and it's gorgeous! the trees here just started. I noticed it the other day. a few more weeks and it will be heavenly!
