Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
What exactly does this do? And how does it work? Where can I get it? I saw Bigelow had a Red Raspberry tea but it didn't say Red Raspberry leaf tea, just red raspberry. Is that the same or is there a difference?  TIA!

Some people say it helps to bring on labor, but I think really it's just supposed to help make your labor easier. The box says it helps to strengthen and tone your uterus. I bought some in Stop & Shop. It's Yogi brand and I found it in the organic section. I started drinking it to help induce labor, but my DS was still born 10 days late.
Also, it has to be raspberry leaf tea not just raspberry flavored. The Bigelow might just be flavored. The raspberry leaf tea doesn't have any raspberry flavor at all.

There is a difference - one tastes like raspberry while raspberry LEAF tea is herbal. My acupuncturist tells me to drink this to improve my hormonal imbalance (high FSH).
You can get raspberry leaf in Whole Foods and probably other health food stores.
