I don't think I ever held it in (while pregnant.) I don't think it would have helped make it any smaller in my case.

DH always accuses me of holding in my belly even before PG - I have danced my whole life, and was taught to stand up tall and keep everything in.... he thinks the only reason I have even a small belly now is because I am no longer holding it in!

I do still, at times......like if someone ask to see my stomach. At 11wks I dont expect much and I am in the in between stage...kind of annoying.
I do let it all hang out at home once I throw the sweatpants on.

I never held it in. Although at my Godson's christening someone was taking a picture and I found myself TRYING to hold in my belly. It didn't help at all, as I was 32 weeks and HUGE. I guess it was habit...once the camera came out, the gut got sucked in

I already stopped. It just does not feel comfortable & it makes me feel like I have to pee.

Hysterical story...I'm 34 weeks with twins at my baby shower and realized that I was trying to suck it in...we all started laughing. It becomes such a habit!

I try to hold it in bc it is bigger then what i am used to, but it does not work bc ummmm it is baby fat now!
