JC Penny's has a big sale right now on blinds/shades plus free shipping over $49. It ends Tues 27th.

WE got ours at Home Depot too. the prices were pretty reasonable. We got 2" thick oak wood blinds for my sons room.

ikea has wood blinds, custom cut if you need special sizing. and pricing...well we all know ikea is prob the cheapest place for all furniture related. i never purchased anything from ikea but went to their store so i can't say quality wise...but as with most things, the price usually reflects the quality.

after running around we wound up at lowes
they had the ones we wanted without the holes for added darkness
they were shipped quickly and we are happy with the quality & service
