I had to get mine at a health market. Maybe call the pharmacy dept. first and ask someone to check before you make the trip.

I went to a healthfood store yesterday and was ready to purchase them but then I read on the label not for pregnant or nursing mothers.
Did I look at the wrong thing? I though the purpose of getting these pills were to increase milk supply.

How low does your supply have to be before you buy this...and how do you know its low? I know dumb Q...but is this for moms who pump and see their supply is low that way? I know sometimes early in the morning it seems like my DD has sucked me dry over the night but then it seems to fill up again by midmorning...
To be honest I dont really check to make sure there is enough there or not....she pulls off when she has had enough...she wouldnt stay nursing for say 15 minutes if she was getting nothing would she?
