Re: Help

I did that last week.. and he got so sad and looked at me wierd then I realized when I saw blood and we both were crying.

I did nothing but washed it because I didn't want him to put any of that stuff in his mouth.

It healed up super fast anyways.

Re: Help

It's deep... Same thing, he looked at me weird and then started screaming! He cried for like 10 minutes.. I just cleaned it, pressed on it to stop the bleeding and put a bandage on it...
It bled for about 15 minutes, but looks like it has stopped. Just not sure if I should put anything on it so it wont get infected.

I would jush wash it with soap and water and take the bandaid off after a few minutes. It can be a choking hazard if he ***** on his fingers and accidentally swallows it.

Here's a tip - I don't know if you ladies are using the clippers but...

I was terrified of cutting the baby with the nail clippers so I refused to trim his nails for the longest. Then my SIL told me to use the scissors instead of the clippers. It's the best thing!! I don't think there's anyway you can cut them with those little scissors and it's SO much easier to trim their nails with them. They are the ones with the rounded tips and they are slightly curved so you can cut right up against the skin without hurting them.
