Need some help with what i need to bring home baby..
Well I had my shower over the weekend and got so much stuff. all the big items and lots of ooted sleepers. I was just wondering how may new born undershits do i need the ones that do no cover the belly button. I have 10 but do not have a washer/dryer..should I get more? also how many onsies in size 0-3 should i have...should I have more 3-6 then 0-3? Same with newborn diapers should I get more newborn or more size 1. I am so confused.

Great question! I am in the same boat and would love to know what we need to bring to the hospital.

Well, in my case, I never had those onesies that do not cover the belly button. Actually I never knew they made those! I had alot of 0-3 and 3-6. Ryan is now 2 months and no longer fits in most 0-3 sizes except those made by Carters. Honestly, you don't need a ton either because you will doing the wash alot, at least I do. You will be surprised at the amount of laundry that little one can make! As far as diapers go, Ryan never even fit into the newborn size. THis was because he was a CHUNKER when he was born, weighing in at 9lbs 4oz. But I do know from other ladies on here that thier children were not in them a terribly long time. We did receive packs of NB sized and just exchanged them for size 1's. So my suggestion is to not buy a ton of NB because you don't know how long your child will be in them.

It is hard to say until they get here- dd is almost 4 months and still in 0-3 onesies. As far as how many, in the beginning we did laundry ALL the time, especially until we got the hang of changing her without her peeing or pooping all over the place and her diapers leaking. So if you do not have access to a washing machine daily, I would get a bunch, you will need them. She also did not fit in to size one diapers, she needed the nb size for at least a month or 2. She was 6lbs 11 1/2 oz at birth.
