Tips for getting back on track
I can't seem to get back on track after almost 2 weeks of eating like sh*t!
What are your best tips for getting back on track? Please share!!!

Put those two weeks behind you and start fresh. Once you get back in the swing of things you'll be fine...and motivated to continue.

Your're right - I know once I get back there, I'll be re-motivated. I'm just having so much trouble getting back to the point where I can start fresh... Every day I start out with the best of intentions...but then by late afternoon I am eating junk!

do you excercise or go to the gym? I find when i work my butt off working out, i have less tendancy to mess things up (and even if i do, i've burned off some extra calories that day)
first thing i always let go when i'm going in a downward slope is not drinking enough water...i always step up my H20 drinking too

That was me this past month! If I eat badly for a few days then Im doomed cuz I keep it up! But I just decided that I had to get back on track and Im trying to think of it more as lifestyle rather than a diet. My sister went w/ this whole theory and just lost 35lbs! She looks amazing!! so I stare at her everyday now for motivation! LOL

For me, its getting back into an exercise routine and not eating past a certain time of night. When I feel like I haven't been "good" this always helps me feel like I am "back on track." Good luck to you, I know its hard but, think how good you will feel when you are on track

This me exactly - once i am eating bad for a few days..it turns into a few weeks. And that's what really kills me! Its so hard to tear yourself out of the cycle!
