Is anyone going to the class about early pregnancy at Good Sam on July 5th
I just spoke to a lady at Good Sam Prenatal Dept and there is a class that they offer about pregnancy,,,,,fitness, eating, changes in the body, the stages of the baby from week 1-40.
The next class is next Thursday July 5th from 7-930PM. And it is a free class.
Just wondering if anyone is going to this class.

Hey Deb, we're obviously not going (& that's my bday  ) but I just want to say, we did this class & the nurse we had teaching it was awesome. We were also only there w/ 1 other couple so she geared the class around our q's. It was VERY informative!

do you know if all of their classes are on Thursday's? Thursday's is the only day we can't do - and I really wanted to take a class or 2 there.

do you know if all of their classes are on Thursday's? Thursday's is the only day we can't do - and I really wanted to take a class or 2 there.
I am not sure, I just happen to call yesterday and ask about this class and she said the next one was on July 5th. I would think that they rotate the days to make it convenient for everyone.
You can call Good Sam (631-376-4159), the lady was very helpful.

8 weeks would be fine...I think I was 14-15 wks, but it is geared towards early pregnancy & its a free class...very informative.
Also, not all classes are on Thursdays...
