The first two are very near me. Wow, I can't believe the prices of them. We just put in a new kitchen, bathroom, deck and repainted the entire house, garage door, driveway and new front door. Our house needs no work and I can't imagine getting over $450,000 for it but it's in better shape.
FH bought it in Dec of 98 for $150,000

I know, its crazy!! We bought our house Jan 200 for $234k and now its appraised at over half a million dollars. INSANE
