Mine is spin and kickboxing.
It changes for me. I was really into Step for a while and I still love Step, but it's not offered as much at my gym.
I love Spinning, but only with a certain instructor.

Peabody - do you go to Wandas? I love their bounce class. I go to Wanda's sometimes with my mom I love that gym. I wish I lived out there so I could go there.

I went to Wanda's for about a year, but I hated it. So I went back to Sportime in the Hamptons.
There was an instructor name Tracy who I loved at Wandas, but after she left I left.

I loved the advance step class that I used to go to at Bally's in Rockville Centre. We all had our own spot on the floor and if someone was new and was in your spot...boy...you'd hear it!!! There were plenty of fights over that step class.

yoga...I love it!!
Me too- I tried one of those cardio kick classes over the summer, to branch out, and I was reminded of how otherwise uncoordinated I am. I also think the instructor wanted to see me keel over.
