We're clear to close!!!
Hey,
I've been a LIF lurker and have finally decided to join and introduce myself.
My fiancee and I are currently in contract to purchase our first home in Franklin Square. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cape and we're so excited. We are expected to close mid-June.
There are some renovations that we want to do so I'm sure I'll be picking all your brains for ideas.

UPDATE: We just got the call that we're clear to close, we're closing on Tuesday!!!

Just heard from my lawyer that the seller's have signed the contract too - we have a fully executed contract!!!!
