returning formula to BRU?
Hi - I have a question about BRU - Last night I tried to return some formula I have left over from Jake (6 little RTF cans of Enfamil Lipil w/ iron, and 1 can of nutramitgen) to the BRU in Sayville. The lady said I can only exchange it for other formula. Does anyone know if all the BRU is like this? Jake is no longer on the sutff and I would love to get a credit. Thanks.

I returned 6 RTF Enfamil when we switched to Similac to a BRU in Chicago without any problems. Call a different location to see if you can return it there.

I usually go to Sayville, but every once and a while I go to Commack and it's the same situation there (Christopher's switched formula three times overall) . I'm not sure about other Long Island locations though.

From my experience, most retailers will only let you exchange, not return formula.

I had a situation like that very similar... I called BRU and asked them if I could get a credit cause my mom bought it and didnt realized that we ahd just started him on milk.. And they were fine with that.. Or you can tell them that he is now on something that tey dont carry.. Ask to speak to the Mgr. from the beginning. GL!

try returning to toys ru us they have formula there this way you can use it for diapers and other stuff that they sell there.
