getting annoyed with Kmart.com
i placed an order last tuesday and it hasn't even been shipped yet!!! I've already called twice (the first being tuesday and they said it would be shipped that day) and again today. I now just sent an email!!! I'm so annoyed!!

can u pick it up at the store? or is it catalogue only? Maybe u can cancel and pick something up thats like it. Stores during the holidays stink! Hope u get a response to this matter.
