Where are you having your house built?
And would you do it alll over again. I know people that have had their house built and said it was stressful and that they would never do it again.
But, this is my dream. To live in a house built for me and my future family.

Where are you having your house built?
And would you do it alll over again. I know people that have had their house built and said it was stressful and that they would never do it again.
But, this is my dream. To live in a house built for me and my future family.
The only sad thing is I will not be living in this home. We bought it for investment only!! It is in Bluffton, SC 5 mins. from Hilton Head Island. My in laws live there. This is something that I always wanted to get into was buying investment properties flipping or renting them out. So this was our first and hopefully not our last! Wish us luck!!

Good luck!!!!!!..I too always wanted to buy houses and flip or rent out. My bf is currently trying to buy a small housee in Westchester to flip.
