I just read a big article about it and some moms swear by it others it had no effect. The one thing the article was admant about was make sure that if you are going to buy it that it is USA made because some of the foreign ones contain alcohol.

I never had to give this to Claire, but a friend of mine used it when her son had lots of gas pain and it said it worked great
I think it can be used for colic and hiccups too
If you buy it look for a brand that is alcohol free.
