The Old Navy Jeans
This is in reference to Corinnes post the other day...
Did anybody else's order get cancelled due to mis pricing??? they cancelled my order of the jeans that were supposed to be on clearance for $6.97. I was so dissappointed!

really im sorry. what happened to customer service. i ordered dress shoes for dh last week that was on sale. was told we would get it today called up and they said they canceled the order because they dont have it. i was told they sent an email never got it.
customer service stinks its their error old navy should compensate.

I agree. I had a problem with Gap once and a mess up on their side with the online order - although they didn't give me the product I wanted - they did send me coupons and free shipping codes.
