Closing today!
I am so excited!!! I will finally be a New Yorker again! We close at 11. I can't believe it is finally here, we went to contract June 27th...so this has seemed like a long time coming.
For all of you still looking....just wait and be patient...it's out there and don't be discouraged!!! Remember a home is what YOU make it.
I will post pics later....if my hand can take it.

HI All! Things went so smoothly..I really has a very easy time from beginning to end with my home buying process....I lucked out with good people on every end.
Today I had my painters come in and WOW does that make a huge difference...it also makes it feel more like MINE.
I have a whole list of people coming in before the movers arrive with the truck on Wed.
Then it's on to unpacking
