cute house, but IMO the price is way too much. not a lot of land either w/ those high taxes.

I think the siding is that wood shingle siding that ages with time. If you look at some of the backyard pics you can see some of the siding is still pretty light so its not that old.
It will eventually turn a dark, dark brown but I kinda like it.
Nice house but way too pricey for me.

Yup, they are cedar shingles. They are supposed to look like that.

That's what I was going to say about the price for a quarter acre in Greenlawn.
And I love cedar shakes! I'd bet they'd look fine with a good powerwash.
