For those who use or have used the CBE Fertility Monitor
DO you have to use FMU? or test at any particular time of the day? Morning is always best for me, because it's hard to test at work without being obvious.
I purchased it, but I'm not opening it until AF shows (fingers crossed she doesn't!!) Anyway - I was just trying to get familiar with how to use it if she does.
Any advice/direction would be appreciated!!

FMU, I set my monitor for 7:00a.m. (the time I get up). You know that you have to test within the same time frame, right?

I always used FMU because it was easiest. Once you get AF and set your monitror to day 1, the time you set it at will create a 6-hour testing window: 3 hours before and 3 hours after. So you have planty of time to work with. I always set mine at 9 am, which meant I could test from 6 am until noon, which was perfect if I slept in late on the weekends
And I just wanted to let you know that when I bought my monitor back in 2003, I never got a chance to use it because AF never arrived - I was already Pregnant! I hope the same for you. I used it for my second child and got PG the 2nd month!
