An ofice supply store might. I think I hae seen those guns that are used to attached the plastic thing that hold the tage to the clothing, so I'd assume they'd have the plastic things & the tags too.

Look up display stores in the yellow pages, there are loads of them in the city. They sell all kinds of paper, packaging, price tags and displays. I will check with my sister, she will know where they are. I know there will be one probably near the 47th St area and some I think in Chelsea
