I used to use www.versethis.com when I was doing wedding stuff - maybe they have something?
I dont know how Im going to sign it, but maybe me and DH....and the baby's name

I signed me, my DH, and daughter's name.
I also was like "I can't wait for Isabella to use it..." and stuff like that to personalize it more.
