So proud of myself today
I walked and drank my water
AND
they had pizza for lunch for us today. the smell was overpowering, but I didn;t cave and later on, went downstairs and got a yummy salad with broccoli, roasted peppers, zucchini and grilled chicken with some ginger type dressing on it.

oh well...I had 2 slices of pizza for lunch today, and I havent gone walking yet...but I will work it off tomorrow and Sunday, I have two nasty cars to detail...Will take me 4 hours on saturday and 6 hours on sunday...Lucky me

Woo Hoo Don! I had salad and sugar free pudding for lunch and just got back from walking 2.5 miles!
