Still waiting for contracts!
Well we signed our contract about 3 weeks ago and are still waiting for the sellers to sign it. There was some issues. The 2nd garage doesn't have a CO and they don't want to take care of it (removal or getting it)
I don't want to buy a house that isn't 100% legit. I was also told the bank won't approve it without the CO.
What is going on?!?!? SIGN THE CONTRACT!! UGHHH
sorry just very fustrated and had to vent.

well.if they aren't wanting to take care of that garage then there is yhou issue.
They are probably trying to figure out what they are going to do about that....
Because i would hope that you lawyer is making sure that something WILL be done!
