Animal Cruelty Vent!
My dad just told me that across the street from where he works, the business owner has 3 "guard dogs". But they are the sweetest animals. The owner would never ever bring them inside even if it was snowing, raining, etc....He never fed them either. My father and his coworker would go across the street and feed them "lunch" through the fence daily. One of the dogs apparently died last night and this morning when my dad went to work he saw the stiff dog. My dad is fuming and had to come home or else he would have killed that man. He seriously wants to kill him right now.
I'm actually upset at my father for not telling me this when he first started noticing the dogs. We're going to call the ASPCA now.
Hopefully they take they other 2 dogs and place them in good homes. They are labs.
