Big headed babies!
Did any of you have babies with exceptionally large heads? My sister had a huge head when she was born and has since grown into it. Now my half brother (5 months old) also has the enormous head. I am sure he will grow into it, but why am I hearing about more babies having big heads upon birth? I know they grow into them but what is the cause?

3 out of 4 of my nephews have big heads ...they did testing on the first one and he is normal just has a larger head than the average child
my BIL too was born with a big Head but is fine
i have no idea what causes it accept genetics

I don't think Alex has an unusually large head but when he was first born I got a sweatshirt for him and his head wouldn't fit through the hole at the top.  I like to think that the hole was cut to small.

My son's head is still measuring in the 97th percentile. He's always had a big head. You can't tell though. It matches his body since he's just such a big boy. His head was so big when he was born that they had to use the plunger to get his head out and it was a c-section!

hi,
i went for a ultra sound today, i am 38 weeks tomorrow, the babies head measured 44 weeks.
