DIY Hair Removal

I bought the Bliss poetic wax and it works great on the lip but, it is not good on the arms. It takes forever and is very messy. I tried the Veet strips and they don't work at all. Has anyone every used NAIR on their arms? How did it work out?

Ugh I can imagine. It just sounded like she did entire arms and I can't imagine that either. I just live with my arm hair.

Yeah - entire arms. I had it done (estee lauder spa in manhasset) for my wedding and loved it. My arms just looked so much better and it lasted for a long time. I am really hairy so it makes a big difference. I'm going to try the nair.

I also had my underarms waxed before my wedding. I started doing it a few months before and did it like three times. It wasn't that bad...

I'm not sure how to do it on my own though. I saw some gross report on the news about waxing and how unsanitary it is and how you can get all these diseases regardless of the place and it freaked me out!

Re: DIY Hair Removal

My boss's daughter got laser hair removal on her arms for her wedding. Sounds painful, but she said it lasts!
