any home remedies for a dry hacking cough?
i've had this dry hacking cough for 4 days now. It keeps me up all night (i don't know how DH hasn't shot me yet) and I have a pounding headache from the pressure of coughing. No over the counter meds are working  TIA

what about drinking plain hot water? Gross, but that works for me. I can't drink tea bc I feel like it dries my throat even more

I have been suffering from the same thing, and my head feels the same,too..I have used Herba-Tussin from the health food stores for chest congestion,it's nott too nasty tasting, and it does work.Feel better.
