Dr. appointment tomorrow...
I last went to the doctor on Thursday of this past week and he said if nothing happens, I want to see you in here on Monday. Does this mean that he's going to induce labor or is it just going to be a regular check-up? On Monday I would only be 4 days past my EDD, so I wouldn't imagine he would induce...but every doctor is different.
What do you think girls?

Possibly to schedule a c-section? Then again, every doctor is different, but I believe most don't like to induce.

I was due Wed the may 25th and had an appointment on Friday may 27th where she did a regular checkup/internal and told me that she would induce me on Wed June 1st. Luckily, I went into labor on Tues and he was born on the day I was supposed to be induced.
I'm sure he just wants to check you out to make sure everything is OK.

My friend was late and they induced her. I don't think they just jump into c-sections expecially if that is not what you want. I think they opt for that if there is a problem. I just think Jared likes to keep all of us on our toes.

my doctor doesnt let us go 2 weeks past our due date but they did say that if I go over my due date they would be setting up series of tests- like non stress test and a sono. Maybe thats why?

He'll give you a sono and hook you up to the fetal monitor so bring a book LOL. He'll most likely keep you on the monitor for 20-25 minutes to establish a pattern of contractions (if any).
He'll also do an internal - he'll probably do that first and then send you off for the other tests.
At that point he'll most likely set up a date for you to be induced based on the sono (how big the baby is).
