Ugh! That's the worst! I had it SOOOO bad with my first- I drank milk all day long- nothing worked! I hope it gets better!

I'm so not looking forward to that again. When I was pg with Nate, sitting up right for at least an hour after eating helped. Also eating less acidic foods in the evenings.

sooooo much better today. I pinpointed what caused it yesterday. Normally I am caffine free, yesterday I had 2 cups of raspberry nestea...that has to be the cause of it.
