Caiden seems to be having nightmares...

All the time throughout the night. He started them well before we went on vacation and they still continue.

He was sleeping through the night in his crib, but then we put him on the mattress on the floor, and then we got his race car bed, then we went on vacation, and now he still wakes up constantly during the night. He wakes up everytime screaming like someone's hurting him. Usually as soon as I go to him he'll stop and lay down, but the other times he seems to still be sleeping, but sitting up saying "no, no, no?" It started a few weeks after we put him on the mattress. Does anyone know why he's waking up so much and why it's soooo violently??? Mommy's not getting any sleep again! Thanks!

I don't have an answer for you but marissa does something similar she is 14 months and sleeps in her crib still and she will wake up crying loudly and as soon as I go to her and she is crying when she sees me she puts her arms out for me to pick her up I try to get her to lay back down but that doesn't work as soon as I pick her up she is fine and I will lay in bed with her and she passes right out. I am actually going to turn her crib into a toddler bed to see if maybe she will sleep better in that then the crib
