Is it possible to get a sunburn in less than 5 minutes? *UPDATED* yes you can!
I was walking back from the garage to the office when I saw a friend of mine. we chatted for a minutes outside. my face is all red now and burns a little bit 
that can't possibly be sunburn, can it?

It depends on the intensity of the sun and your skin tone. I'm sure you're just hot but I wouldn't say no, it's impossible. DH and I went to the beach the other day. We're both fair (light hair, light eyes) but after 2 hours and spf 30, he comes home sunburned and I come home with no color. Just depends on how your skin tone is and what your undertones are.

Yes! I only have to go to the beach for 5 minutes with SPF 50 on and I still burn

I'm sure that's what it is. How does your face get when you exercise? 10 minutes of cardio for me and I'm red. That's how my body reacts when I'm hot. Fair people get red quickly! But if you're wearing BE you should be fine.

pretty much the same as you. after 30 minutes at the gym I look like a tomato 
I am wearing BE... still all red

What body lotion do you use? It is hard to find body lotions with SPF, I usualy just see face ones.

yes, thats why I put on sunblock every morning.
I use the nutrogena ones they go on a lot more like lotion than some of the otherones.
